Black Truffle Indulgences
From now till 17 July 2017, Chef de Cuisine Armando Aristarco and his team of masterchefs present a specially-curated summer black truffle menu, available for both lunch and dinner experience as a 4-course set menu (S$188++ per person) or a selection of à la carte dishes.
The exquisite black gems, which comes from Umbria, a small region located in central Italy, has a rich woodsy aroma with hints of garlic, wild mushroom and earthy hazelnut undertones that pairs perfectly with classic Italian specialties such as pasta.
